New store getting in a routine. Drive thru is no joke with 2 lanes. Ordered 30 count nuggets still hot when arrived. Chicken noodle soup is hearty, thick, and delicious. Total time 11 minutes at noon 👍

I placed my order through the app and went and did curbside pickup. It took a little longer than usual to come out (it disappeared within the app as well). When a worker was out I caught her attention to ask about my order and she checked on it and it was out right after that.
I ordered the market salad with nuggets and macaroni and cheese and requested burnt cheese, a cookie and a lemonade with white ice. Usually I always have everything correct on my order but when I arrived home I had a salad that had grilled chicken. Everything else was correct on my order. I did call and ask about the salad because I really was wanting fried chicken because I usually do grilled. The lady that I talked to was very kind and said that it would be corrected within the app for the problem on this visit so that was nice that they took care of that.
The market salad is my favorite because it has the fresh fruit in it and the blue cheese crumples with the almonds so it's always good. I love that they looked at my note and completed the burnt cheese on my macaroni and cheese. Not a big fan of the cookie. I'll skip that next time.

UPDATE - the salad was never corrected through the app and nothing was done at the store either. Not like them to not correct it but disappointing since it's not what I ordered.

Ordered thru employee drive thru that was heated while I had my window down. I wasn’t prepared with an App order but they made me feel right at home! Order was ready within moments. Super close to the interstate ramp & gasoline. Super gorgeous unit & kind staff! Amazing consistency in food! Ordered two original Chicken Sandwiches & 2 children’s nugget meals. Iced Coffee was delicious!

I never have a problem with Chick-fil-A. This location is no different. Even with it being such a brand new location. Their service was spot on. The food was hot and everything tasted great. Getting in and out is going to be a little confusing in the future. Even with one entrance closed off people were still trying to drive into the drive-thru backwards.
