The Lookout Bar & Grill at Eagle View

The eggplant parmesan was absolutely delicious. The made-from-scratch marinara and creamy Italian dressing was so good!! Best thing I’ve tried here so far!

Well I thought that this may be a let down waiting to happen- resting on the incredible view. That was quickly shot down. From the beginning the staff was sooooo friendly that it made me feel at home and so I ate as if I were! The good thing is there wasn't a let down there, we ended up ordering after we'd finished or entree! KUDOS to those who do NOT waste my time.

The staff was very friendly! I order the maple glazed salmon & Cajun chicken pasta to-go. The sauce on the pasta tasted strongly of oregano and lacked seasoning, the chicken was fried,also a bit to dry. The salmon was good but could have been better. Personally I would have like a thicker coating of the glaze and just a pinch more of seasoning. The rice was good as well as the broccoli...blanch to perfection. I would definitely go back again. Could have just been an of day and also I did order moments before the kitchen closed but still that is no excuse. Just hope for better next time! ????
