McDonald's

We visited on Tuesday 8/6/19 for the first time and sadly left with empty bellies and full of disappointment. My kiddos each ordered a 10 piece meal with drinks. The nuggets were soaked in grease to the point it was dripping from the nuggets. The nuggets were so saturated that's all that you could taste was old stale grease. I did call the manager 2 nights later to explain what happened and spoke with Haley. Haley was extremely polite and apologetic and happily replaced not one but both meals for my children! The replacement meals were perfect (for McDonald's standards) and everything was piping hot and fresh! A huge thank you to Haley and her team for turning a not so good experience into a positive! We will return in the future.

This is the least crowded McDonald’s that I’ve ever been in at lunch hour. It was nice to have employees ready immediately to help. The store uses automatic dryers instead of paper towels in the bathroom which helps the environment.

Usually good food and service. Can encounter rude workers at times but not often. The batching of credit cards or whatever happens means that usually between 12-2230 or so they only take cash. There should be another way. They get out of order in the line.
