Excellent food and service - we plan to come back many times over.

Seeing that their parking lot has been practically empty every time I drive buy made us skeptical, however I was impressed. The food was awesome and the staff was very kind. The only thing I didn’t like was the $10 dollar margaritas because the drink was very small ( served in a wine glass- or equivalent size). But I don’t think it warrants removing a star.

I wish this was a better review. This review is only on the food I received staff were really good and fast with all of my parties needs.
First the appetizer, I ordered karaage. It is one of my favorite Japanese foods I have had it dozens of times. I received popcorn chicken. There was no flavor. Karaage is supposed to have ginger, garlic, and soy sauce at least. I couldn't find a trace of any of them in this.
For the main course I ordered sushi. Their sushi chef needs more practice. The food was pretty enough on the plate. The thickness of the sushi was not consistent. Some were thick some were thin of the same type.
I had better hopes for a Japanese restaurant opening close to my home. I also hope they are able to correct their issues soon or all they will be serving constantly is general tso's chicken and other fake Asian dishes.

I have been here twice since they open. My meal the first time was very good and the sushi on the second visit was also very good. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Exceptional sushi. Especially for the Valley. Always fresh and the hibachi is delicious and well seasoned. You must try the American Dream Roll!
