They offer cabins, camp sites, UTV rentals, killer food, awesome views and great conversation! I spent 8 days mapping Hatfield McCoy trails and their upper camp sights offer the best WV view I've seen to date! Also they offer guided trail rides and recovery services. Staff and owner are great people.... 5 stars for sure!”

“I hadn't ate at Starter's til last weekend for the first time. Was very impressed. So impressed that I ate there this weekend as well. Food is great, atmosphere is great, very clean, and waitresses have been great both times. You get every dollars worth of food for what you pay. Prices are great compared to the portion of food you get. My wife and I have said we might be coming back next weekend and try something different again. This place is a welcome change to the fast food or the way to high priced for what you get. Definitely recommend”

“Stayed here back in April.. Other than having to wait kind of a long time in order to get keys due to the office not open (we had to use a phone from the nearby restaurant), the experience was fantastic. Clean rooms, great view of the railroad tracks and fantastic scenery. Would come again!”

“It's one of our favorite places to go for icecream! I don't believe I've found anywhere else where its this good. I miss the caramel with the Apple pie and ice cream dessert. It was my favorite. The hotdogs use to be the best hotdogs you would find also but, the sause has changed and they just aren't the same as they once were. Still worth ordering, just not as good as I know they can be. This is for our local dairy queen though and we all have our own opinions.”
