Iron Horse Tavern

My fiance and I were passing through and stopped at the Iron Horse when we found the Dirty Bird was closed for the day. What a great alternate! The service was fast and friendly and the food was delicious. I had some pierogis and my fiance had the Dixie Chick. One of the best chicken sandwiches either of us have tasted.

Great place we had a group here (20+) and everything was fine. Wait staff were awesome and the food was on point! Can't ask for much better than that!

We stopped into Iron Horse for Sunday brunch while passing through Morgantown, and it exceeded our expectations. The atmosphere is relaxed, the decor is on point, and the temperature provided relief from the July heat. I was impressed with the brunch selection. In fact, it was difficult to select just one of the delicious options so we ended up sharing another! We tried the Southwest omelette, chicken & waffles, and biscuits & gravy. I knew from the first bite of each that the meal would be great, and I was right! I will definitely be returning to Iron Horse the next time I'm in town.

Tasty food with a good selection of gluten free options. It took a while for the food to come out and the kids mac and cheese had some more unique/exotic cheese flavors that the kids didn't really like. The waitress was very helpful despite the wait.
