(May 17, 2019, 2:35 pm)Best Chinese I've had in WV. General Tso is amazing I highly recommend. They're a little exspensive compared to other places but definitely worth the extra couple dollars per meal. There's only one Chinese place I've had that was better and it was in Tennessee also it was like $25 a meal.
