Lake House Restaurant

Good food, especially the Corona wings were top notch. No sauce needed, totally delicious. Unfortunately, they weren't very busy, but the service was slower than a sloth. Took 45 minutes to get our food and no apologies from our waitress.

Great service and food. Prices are affordable. They give large quantities of food. Lakeside with outdoor seating. Cheap beer.

My experience was great however my fiance's was not. I always get the brown sugar glazed cedar grilled salmon and it never disappoints. My fiance ordered the homemade crab cakes and said they were full of breading and not much crab and they were dry. He was very unhappy. Friendly staff and lake is pretty.

This was adventure from the beginning. Exactly how my wife decided we should try this place is a mystery, but there we were on a rainy Friday night. The outside looked kind of ramshackle; the parking lot is barely graveled; there's only one handicapped parking spot... it didn't seem auspicious.
Once the meal started coming, though, everything was great. They tout leisurely dining, which was true. There was a local band outside for a private party, though they often have music. Part of the other deck is open and part covered.
My wife had stir-fry (a generous plateful) and I had a tuna steak. The dishes were tasty, the salads artistic but enjoyable, and the bread was good as well.
It turned out to be a good experience, and we will definitely go back. A very pleasant surprise.

I’ve come here 3 times now for major celebrations (valentines, Mother’s Day, and graduation). Each time it has been packed but the servers have all been amazing and the food was always perfect. Last time for my graduation we had a table of 16. Not only was our server Matt super nice, but nothing was wrong and we got all our food quickly. He was super attentive. I will always visit this when I am in the mood for a nice dinner.
