Jensuya Belly Dance

I recently got into belly dance and found Jensuya’s videos on YouTube. She is really great at explaining each move so I went on to buy the introduction course online and wow! I looked forward to each session. After finishing the intro course I went on buy almost all of her classes and I can’t wait to take them. My boyfriend who is Lebanese has already pointed out how much I’ve improved after starting her classes while dancing at a hafla. I can’t wait to learn more! The classes are reasonably priced especially if you get them in the bundles.

This is an excellent virtual course. The cost is reasonable, and you get so much content -- with lifetime access. You start with the most basic components to build your belly dance skills. And the basics are your foundation. Jensuya is an absolutely beautiful dancer and a gifted instructor. Her level of detail is so good. And that detail is what helps you understand the techniques and get them into your body. If you have ever wanted to belly dance, start here! You will love it!

I have taken many belly dance classes in the past and was even part of a belly dance troupe for a few years. I want to say that I have learned more from Jensuya's classes than in any of my past classes with other teachers. She is truly amazing, patient and breaks moves down in a very clear way; (not to mention she is a beautiful dancer)! If you are interested in learning this beautiful art form, I highly recommend checking her classes out!

I took Jensuya's online course Introduction To Belly Dance and loved it. The course was fun and very helpful to me in learning how to focus on putting things together without becoming overwhelmed. I am an intermediate dancer and though I am pretty good at executing the moves I have a problem when I try to put things together. Everything just runs together in my mind and the result is a mess. Concentrating on a basic move and then adding a few variations to it helped me to relax and dance them with a flow and not be weighed down by over thinking. Bob's live drumming is definitely an asset. Jensuya does a great job at explaining how to count the rhythm and apply your steps to it. If you have never belly danced before this is the course for you. Jensuya is a great teacher and I love her personality and energy. If you are like me and needed something to get you moving and boost your confidence this is for you too. I am very much looking forward to round two!

Highly recommended! This is a great course for beginners. I've been frustrated by several other courses that just move too fast or add layers too quickly. Jensuya really drills the basics and makes sure you master the fundamentals. And I appreciate the little bits of language and culture that she works into the lessons. I can't wait until the next course is released.
