Ruttenbucks Bar & Grill

The food was very good but the portion size was more moderate than expected for the price. My friend had the BELT, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and egg with onion rings. It was normal sandwich size for a good price, around $7. I splurged on the Ruttenbucks Times Two, getting the 6 oz steak with grilled shrimp and two sides for $17. You can upgrade to 8oz. for $6 more. The taste was great, but I felt the portion size wasn't worth the $17 price tag. (See pic).
The atmosphere was country bar and grill as advertised, very pleasant and the tables were comfortably spaced. The restrooms are definitely worth a visit and full of country flair. The service was attentive and friendly.

Always great steaks and the service nice and very much down to earth. Love this place, and yes you better be hungry. Because it's a lot of food for the money.

The reviews on this place don't do it justice. I like to try new places just to break the monotony of truck stop food. This place is a win in all categories. Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Definitely will be back. Lol make sure you use the bathroom before you leave, we'll done guys.

Don't let the outside fool you, or the inside, or the fact that it's located between a truck stop and a strip club, the food is great. I recommend the Chicken Philly. Everyone that I have met there has also been super nice. So go on in, have some food, you won't regret it.

I thoroughly enjoyed this little place. It doesn't look like much from the outside, with the truck stop across the street. Surprisingly good food and service though, with decent prices too. I ordered the filet and it came out perfect! I'd definitely come back and highly recommend. Loved the sweet potato fries with the cinnamon butter.
