DiCarlo's Pizza | Wheeling

Great food.. best DiCarlo's you can eat at.. pepperoni rolls are great.. subs also!!

Stopped in town on my way back to Illinois.
Asked the desk clerk about good pizza, and he recommended diCarlos.
This was excellent pizza.
The crust wasn't real thin, but was crispy and good.
I would recommend it to anyone!!!!!!

Very good pizza with lots of choice of toppings to be made your way. Can eat in or carry out with their own free parking lot. The atmosphere was quiet. There is a gaming room also.

I was very skeptical about the whole cold cheese on hot pizza so I had always get my cheese melted. Today the young lady at the register told me it was worth the try and if I didn’t like it they could throw my pizza back in the oven to melt the cheese. Let me just say I’m a little disappointed in myself for not ordering my pizza the traditional way all this time. It was crunch and tasty!
The service was great. I never expect my orders to be out in less than 5-10 minutes just because it is made to order but they are fairly quick to get the food out. While I was sitting waiting on my food an older man was complaining about how long it was taking (this man was only waiting a maximum of 10 minutes, he got there after me) the young lady handled it very well and apologized for the wait. She made sure to check on his order and was very polite. Once he got the food he insisted there was blood on the box his food was in (yelling for the whole pizza shot to hear). The same young lady let him know it was just pizza sauce and he was not taking that answer. I felt that the situation was handled extremely well, and that man was just angry at the world. People like that give this wonderful pizza a bad rep. You can tell the employees really enjoy working there. They laugh and make jokes while working and keeping it respectful! Great pizza and great work!!

I was stuck in Wheeling for a few hours and decided to give this place a try. The pizza comes more like a bread style pizza but was baked to perfection. Each slice was it's own little pizza and was awesome. The kid running the register wasn't very personable in that he talked very quiet (possibly new or new to working) but would highly recommend this to anyone in the Wheeling area.
