“Absolutely beautiful scenery. You can tell the lodge is aged, but it is well maintained. The rooms were fine and fairly priced. We ate breakfast in the dining room, which was very good. Golf course is beautiful. Hidden gem in the middle of nowhere. We would consider buying property here, but winters are brutal (I used to live in the county)! Great place to get away for a vacation.”

“The food is prepared with care. Most of the food available for purchase is NOT homemade but purchased already prepared. Price is average although there are a few items overpriced. Has a lot of service due to the fact there are basically only 3 restaurants within a 10 mile radius. This restaurant is closed on Monday and Tuesday which makes it very inconvenient for customers. My suggestion would be to hire more help and stay open 7 days/week.”

“This restaurant on the same grounds at Preston country club. The environment is beautiful! Of course it is in the middle of nowhere, in WV but probably one of the most beautiful Mexican restaurants I've ever stepped in. They had Frida Kahlo art, lots of beautiful day of the dead art, chandeliers, and was just so inviting! Plus they made delicious food. On the other hand, the menu seemed to all be worded the same and had funny names for things, but when the food came out it was authentic and very good! Service was nice and quick. They offered chips and salsa. The salsa was more medium hot, rather than mild. I like it that way, but wanted to make that known to public.”

I went to pay with Visa debit and was told we don't take cards of any kind. Luckily, I had enough cash. I was shown a small sign hand printed with a pen by cash register.”

And needs to be more thought on the safety of the employees then the money they may lose on a midnight shift. How much money do you need for 1lifetime? Then make your children earn their inheritance let them work the midnight shift alone.”
