Rakku Hibachi & Sushi Express

I gave this place a few weeks to get going before I tried it finally and I was pleasantly surprised. The hibachi chicken was delicious. Juicy, tasty and tender. The vegetables were perfectly cooked and the fried rice is as good as anywhere you can get. The sushi was also very fresh and I would highly recommend. It is a little more pricey than the last place that was there but the food is a little better too. One item of note is that I saw a 1.9% fee on my bill for using a Discover card so beware of this and take cash if you wish to avoid paying that fee. The house smelled wonderful after eating the takeout food from here. If the food stays consistent I would give 5 stars overtime we will see.

Best Asian that is not Thai in the Teays Valley area and perhaps best Asian food even in the Charleston and Huntington region.

I drive past this place daily, finally gave it a try. The sushi is delicious and fresh, hands down the best sushi in the Valley. Staff was incredibly polite and the store was super clean. Definitely going to be making this my go-to sushi restaurant!

Better than taste of Asia and awesome waiter

Really great prices, excellent food quality for hibachi and fresh sushi! Only complaint is that seating can be limited and sometimes a little warm inside. Worth the trip for excellent service and food!!

Food was delicious! The thai ice tea was great. They were so friendly. I ordered scallops and they game me so much and were very fresh. The portion sizes are worth what you pay to go there! You will leave full happy and maybe so leftovers for later.
