The quantity is good, but quality not so much. I think there's potential but there's probably a lot of training needed. I ordered the porterhouse and tenderness was good. However the sear was non existent, and my steak looked quite anemic. I got a potato and salad for my sides. My potato was huge but wasn't good. It was very apparent my potato was microwaved. There was no crisp skin and the inside was dense and not fluffy like a baked potato which was unfortunate. The salad was fine, portion was large like the rest of dinner but the ranch was very watery. I'm traveling from out of state and for me, this wasn't up to par to with what I was expecting. Perhaps it meets the bar for the locals? 🤷

Absolutely delicious food, great place to sit and have a relaxed and inviting, enjoyable meal with friendly service. We will definitely be returning. Fresh, authentic Italian flavor and perfectly presented plates with sizzling sear on the sausage and a delicate grill on the asparagus - *chefs kiss* just fantastic from first to last bite. Highly recommend!!
Mikey was our waiter - he was attentive and friendly - did a great job, especially for being new to waiting tables. Sergio's is a dining gem and we are delighted to have been referred there!

First time I had the shrimp Alfredo and it was great! Came back three days later and got the steak tortellini pictured! Great food, drink selection, atmosphere and service! Support local!

I've rounded up to 4 stars because I can't give 3 1/2. We ordered the arancini appetizer, seafood fettuccine with minestrone soup and fettuccine Neapolitan with a house salad.
The soup and salad came out pretty quickly. The salad was fresh. It contains olives which isn't mentioned on the menu and I don't like olives but my wife loves them so not a problem.
The minestrone took me back to my childhood but not in a good way. My wife and I agreed that it tastes exactly like Campbell's beef noodle soup. I wouldn't call it bad, just not to my taste.
A basket of bread sticks were brought out. After trying them, I asked if they are made in-house. I didn't get a clear answer. I was told "we bake them here". If I buy frozen ones, I bake them myself. That doesn't mean I make them. I asked because theirs have the same flavor and texture as frozen bread sticks I've had from the grocery store. They aren't bad but compared to some of the other Italian restaurants in the state, they're a let down.
The arancini bites were disappointing. I expect arancini to be primarily a rice ball. These were basically deep fried cheese balls. If there was rice in them, it was undetectable. They are served with a tomato sauce for dipping. The server called it marinara but it was a lot more like salsa but without the cilantro or cumin.
We had a little wait for the entrees. When they arrived, the first thing I noticed was the watery sauce. That was disappointing but the flavor was good and the sausage did thicken up a bit as the dish cooled.
The service was friendly and attentive though a little unconfident. Overall, the meal was good but not the quality I was expecting. I will go back but with lowered expectations and will likely enjoy it more.

Amazing!!!! Already has my vote for WV best of 2024!!!! Here’s why-

Service was exceptional! Breadsticks are complimentary and sinful. So much better than OG! Gabby was prompt, polite and made some excellent recommendations. Such as the smoked Cheese Fondue. This!!! 🔥

I have traveled, (and dined) in over 13 countries! One of the best appetizers I have ever eaten in my life…right here in Hurricane, WV! Lemme just say my wife wouldn’t let me lick 👅 the cast iron pan….so I had to use my teeth! 😂.

We both had soup ( I hear the salads are equally delicious), but a cold rainy night called for hot soup. Minestrone for her and potato for me. Both amazing!

Main course was chicken parm for the misses and Neopolitan dish. For me Both were delicious and cooked perfectly. Chicken parm was crispy but not over battered, The Neopolitan has a combination of meat AND alfredo sauce, making an almost creamy meat sauce with fettuccine pasta, pepperoni, Italian sausage, meatballs and chicken…wowza!! The 💣 !!!

Lastly, was a shared limoncello cake which was light, creamy and refreshing.

Couldn’t have been any better. Periodt.
