Friendly and patient customer service for a first timer. They gave me lots of extra pickles on the side when asked for extra. Always appreciated.

The great thing about 5 guys is they do a really great protein style burger wrapped in lettuce for those looking for a keto or low carb alternative. A little on the pricey side but I think they have very good consistency based on the many times I’ve been there

Not the easiest to find from I-64, but we got there. Entry and exit to/from the store were easier than I first expected. Plenty of parking.

This is our second visit to a Five Guys. We've also been to one in Missoula, MT. Food is wonderful and portions are generous. Our order was taken promptly, and was up in pretty good time. In my opinion, the burger and fries are entirely up to reputation. It's not hype. Oh, and there is a huge variety of soft drinks.

Had to wash up after eating. Bathroom was clean and well-maintained.
