Isaac Jackson Hotel

Can't believe this quality of hotel is in a small West Virginia Town. Extremely well kept and the staff was very accommodating. Restaurant located on property is very upscale. Stayed for two days and wish we had more time. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in the area.

In town for the 2019 Ramp Festival in late April, we had a wonderful time at this property. It was unique, clean, and staffed with caring people. We truly enjoyed our breakfast and the the view was remarkable! No pool, but no problem!

Great breakfast and super clean rooms. Love how quite it is. No neighbor noise ever.

Great place to stay. Staff are very kind that you think of them as friends. Clean and comfortable beds and rooms. Tub was large and deeper than most.

This place really exceeded our expectations. The hotel was SO clean and nice!! Most hotels I’ve stayed in have a musky smell in the hallways and the hallways are hot and wet from kids getting in and out of the pools but there was NONE of that here. The entire hotel smelled so clean like fresh linen. The elevators were even super nice! Our room and bathroom was immaculate. The bed was so comfy and last but not least.... we had an unfortunate circumstance and needed a sanitary napkin. We called the front desk to ask if they had any and they said they’d check and see and someone could bring one up to our room. Next there was a knock at the door from housekeeping and the lady gave me a sanitary napkin FROM HER OWN PERSONAL BAG! how nice was that??????? i just can’t say enough about how nice this place was. We came through elkins for a train ride and when we return, we won’t be staying any place else but here! Thank you Isaac Jackson!
