Great farmhouse burger. Fair price. Service was slow. Feels like a warm "local" place to eat.

Overall great breakfast. My gf got the Oreo pancakes and I got the strawberry French toast both were great. The atmosphere of the regulars and the staff was very welcoming. I will definitely hit this one up again. My only complaint is the signs on the windows and the pictures on the menu. The pictures looked terrible compared to what they actually served. That food we ate was awesome. The food in the pictures made us skeptical. Cooperate needs to change their marketing it was over board and obnoxious.

Clean and quick. I like the cheap specials they offer. I get the burger and fries to go usually. Sure beats a brown bag though a window on a car ride. Nice addition is the gas station's beer selection, great stop to fuel up the car and belly and get beer for later.

Service was great. Helpful and friendly staff and delicious home cooked breakfast. 3rd by friendly employees.Prices slightly higher than expected. But will definitely return in the future for a wonderful breakfast. And a comfortable atmosphere.
