    This location is open under new ownership! Food is just like the good old days of Rubin's Deli. Great service! I have uploaded photos of new menu. All previous menus are null and void.

    The absolute best hoagies. Hope this tradition will continue long into the future. Rubin’s has been a Parkersburg staple for decades! Wonderful!
