I've been here a couple times and I can't say that I've had a bad experience. Sometimes you get more for your dollar than other times, but I usually leave with leftovers. Their mixed drinks are pretty good and I always get the Mai Tai.

Habachi chef pretty ordinary. Food average. Portions were pretty good. I won't be back soon.

It was a good time and the food was really good. Unfortunately my tofu was really squishy and I didn't care for that. Just my taste. Nothing to do with how it was cooked. Much much firmer tofu I probably would've liked okay. The chef was great and fun to watch.

I straight up love Fusion. One time, as pictured, I had several bowls of house soup coming my way. Brock, of the best wait staffers I've ever seen anywhere, made the intelligent decision to make several soups into one very large soup. It made my insides very happy.

I love to go there around once a month, if I can swing it, because at this point I am possibly addicted to their foods. Everything is tasty, so do not be afraid to experiment. Some of my staples are 2 pieces of broiled eel sushi (sounds gross yet tastes amazing), Chicken Satay with white rice and peanut sauce (delicious), and the hibachi dinner of filet mignon and shrimp with fried rice and noodles (I skip the vegetables because I'm me). Slap on a dash of low sodium soy sauce and some of the hibachi ginger sauce if you are feeling adventurous.

All in all, I want more Fusion right now and I was there last night.

Restaurant bonus tip: don't go during peak hours, especially Friday and Saturday nights during prom season. Pick a bland weekday afternoon (after 4:00) and turn it into an eating experience worth remembering.

Fusion Fried Rice is a great starter if you are unsure of how to proceed.
