Napoli's Pizza

As a New Yorker. This pizza is Amazing. Scores a big win for the Local home town Pizza shops. Definitely added to the black book of food locations.????????

Not a fan for the price. This was my first time at Napolis since I'm from out of town. It took four times calling to successfully get through and place an order. Not that I need a welcoming atmosphere but it certainly didn't feel that way. I asked for plates, silverware, and napkins but they were out of plates, so they gave me nothing. Thankfully I was able to get it from the hotel. The food quality was mediocre at best. The breadsticks with cheese looked like hot dog buns with cheese between the spaces. I got the 8 topping large pizza which was okay but it couldn't hold itself together when you try to eat it. Their bacon was a bacon crumble which gave the pizza a gritty texture. Just as a disclaimer, it's hard to completely discredit a place on a single experience. I'm sure they can do better.

This place use to he gross but it has gotten so much better I love the delivery. The service is usually very friendly. I just wish their marinara was a little sweater with some seasoning to it.

We were traveling and ordered pizza to our hotel room. Delivery was quick and I will say this pizza is the best tasting pizza I have had in awhile. This is at least twice I have enjoyed your pizza family in another area shared this once. Just wish you all were in northeastern Ohio area.

After reading all of the bad reviews we were tentative to try their pizza. But we had good service, pizza was ready within 20 minutes, our order was correct and tasted good. Only deducting a star for no delivery due to light snow (we are from out of town and used to driving in heavy snow).
