Cranky Pat's Pizzeria & Pub

Had been in one time before and was quite a wait for pizza. Service had been pleasant and timely. Didnt want to wait 30-45 mins for pizza tonight so we did the buffet. At 6:30 on a Monday several items were empty on the salad bar, lettuce looked liked it had been sitting awhile and several items were messy/mixed. Pizza part seemed to have better attention. My displeasure came when I spoke with our server, bringing to her attention that the table seated next to us were using the same plate for trips to the salad bar I was about to visit. 'Sorry there isnt anything I can do about that' ...I pointed out the TWO 'clean plate' signs posted at both the salad AND pizza bar. She said 'sorry' shrugged her shoulders and walked away. Besides being sicked out I was most disappointed in her lack of concern and professionalism. This is why I hadn't done a salad bar in 10+yrs and why I won't ever again.

Loved the to go pizza. Just had to shake off burned flakes on bottom from them not scraping oven and they did not cut pizza all the way to edge. I mean 2 inches from edge. Never had that there before. I went where nothing to cut. I called pizza place back and they said it's normal. I worked there 4 years it's not. Wanted to help keep good service. Now don't care.

Great lunch buffet at a very fair price especially at the quality of the salad bar and pizza. We really enjoyed the thin crust pizza with the double sausage and double mushroom toppings. Really good daily specials as well. Probably the best pizza and pizza buffet in the Green Bay area.

Had a really great experience here. Came on a weekend for the buffet with my young kids. Towards the end of the lunch buffet hours so wasn't sure what the options were going to be. Sat down and was eating within a minute if walking in, variety of fresh pizzas to choose from (maybe 6-8?). There were also 2 soups and a salad bar i didn't touch. Couple games, some frozen pizzas for sale, and ice cream novelties available (think the containers that come with wooden spoon). Small parking lot attached and more parking across the street. Server was fast, prices seemed reasonable, and it seemed as if they would take requests if the buffet was missing something. Great customer service. Bathroom was kinda gross, but it was nicely done telling me it was more likely the customers that day that were messy. Overall it seemed like a very clean restaurant, so consider that the exception.

Would definitely go back.
