Domino's Pizza

Always does a good job with my orders and delivery is always on time. However I recommend having some of the drivers drive a bit more carefcare. One of my pizzas ended up a lil deformed and some of toppings on lid of the box.

Even when extremely busy or understaffed (rarely) I have never had a problem with food or service. This is the most reliable delivery restaurant in the Lambeau Field area. The food is consistently well put togther and cooked to perfection. Absolutely no complaints at all!

Oh dominos you NEVER disappoint. Fastest delivery service of any place we ever ordered from and the food is always so so good! There was only one time “of the many many times we’ve ordered” that the order came wrong and we didn’t even care because it was still so delicious! And the app is amazing! I wish every place had such a handy app! Thank you! Oh one more thing. Your delivery ppl are always so nice!

Driver Casey was a pleasure! Pizza arrived fast and hot, and he was the most professional and personable delivery person we have had in years. It’s not a dig against many others who have done fine jobs. He just happens to purport himself in such a manner that makes him an excellent “face” of the company while he is out of the building and representing Domino’s in public. Thanks for bringing our hot and properly prepared dinner in a timely manner and with such courtesy!

*** I have not seen the new building as we often do delivery, but I need to give an overall ???? to this branch! On the occasion in which they did not correctly deliver one or two pizzas correctly for a family gathering, and I gave them less than a 5 star review for their private website (not to be posted on yelp or google, etc), a manager called me within minutes. They saw what I said and were interested in fixing the problem! I had to leave for a few hours but was willing to take them up on their offer. They kindly re-made the pizza(s) that were incorrect and had no issues delivering several hours later when we returned. The error was just and error, a simple mistake that can easily happen. I didn’t judge them on a long-term basis in my head on making a mistake; I make them often myself in day-to-day life. Instead, I HAVE proceeded to keep in my long-term memory the extent to which they cared that this one single customer, with an order under $50, and the effort they put in to making sure I was taken care of with an excellent degree of customer service!

I have always used this location so cannot comment on other branches, but I have been more than impressed by their drive for excellence!
