    Today is the first time I ever tried Erbert and Gerbert's and I have to admit I found myself a quality sub sandwich shop. It has it's own charm too when they give their sandwiches unusual names. In this case, I got the Flash (Capicola, Salami & Ham) and I immediately found myself my first favorite sandwich.

    Unlike the big sub sandwich restaurants, it is very obvious that Erbert and Gerbert's uses quality ingredients and for me was noticeable in the provolone cheese. It costs just a small bit more, but it's worth it. Quality over quantity!
