Fazoli's

Not the cleanest but it wasn’t disgusting either. Staff is nice. Food was decent. Didn’t wait that long.

The service there was amazing. The waitress that brought out our food was all smiles and very happy go lucky. I of course ate to many breadsticks because they're loaded with garlic butter. My broccoli chicken ziti was also delicious. The whole experience of eating there has become twice as enjoyable over the years. I actually left a tip because the experience was more like a restaurant than Italian fast food.

Today's visit wasn't all that great. My meal came with a salad, and after taking two out of the refrigerator and the lettuce brown along the edges I had to ask for a freshly-made salad which did, the young man then went to hand me my soda and a good portion of his finger was inside the cup. I don't think he was very happy to have me ask for a fresh cup.

First time here. Ben was our server. Very polite and friendly! Refreshing to know some folks still are taught manners!
