Grazies Italian Grill

We drove from Stevens Point for the Pentatonix concert. Reservation was called in and we got seated in front on a ton of other people. Food was coming out rather slow due to high volume of people and the coupon the concert tickets offered. Waitress brought food out that missed a nice presentation. Her finger was in my sauce that hit the side. Her finger was also in my salad when it was sent down. Food taste was excellent. Not feeling the best today as I think her dirty fingers in my food might have caused it. We would go back just not on a crazy night as service suffered.

I think our server's name was Sara. We had a great time. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. I spilled my dad's ice water all over him and one of the assistant managers came over and helped wipe it all up as soon as it happened. All of our food was very good. We ended up with several doggy bags. Decent portions. Would definitely come back because of amazing service.

I've been to Grazies twice now with the aim to return for a third trip. Both times I've been here the food was very good, but the prices are a bit steep. I think they are trying to compete with Olive Garden when it comes to the Pasta and the pricing. Regardless, the pasta was fantastic and the service was pretty on par. The only complaint I have is during the second visit, we came during after-lunch hours so the place was fairly empty but the waiter never checked on us once and when my drink was empty, it stayed empty.
