Old fashioneds were good...would be nice to have a rail option for them instead of paying more for Korbel??...$8 a drink is a lot...compared to other places. Chatterhouse, Redwood, Out of Town Club, and The Chalet, Chicago St Pub have great old fashioneds for $5-$6. Piano guy was great! Tap beer was not cold...had to ask for ice? Food was not the best. Steak was not flavorful or cooked as requested. Walleye was dry. Vegetables were too salty to eat. Bread was not served. Waitress NEVER checked back. There were only 2 other tables dining, so it wasn't busy. The folks at the bar had "bar food" selections that looked good, but we opted for dinner and it wasn't a good choice. Hopefully they will step it up a bit...just opened not long ago. Left wishing we would have gone to one of the other area supper clubs that never disappoint.

After too many fried meals while traveling, a fresh salad, hearty soup and sandwich were a refreshing change. I’d return in the future. Try the Hot Chicken and the $8 Old Fashioned.

Fantastic from-scratch meals prepared with locally sourced ingredients. Have never had a disappointing meal and love the chef's nuanced takes on classic favorites. Great burgers especially the coq au vin. Gnocchi is phenomenal, fish is great. Even the fries exceed expectation. This scenic gem of a diner is once again a destination restaurant.

We stopped for lunch had a great time, the drink menu has something for everyone and the food was excellent. We always try the curds when we go to a new place and they were fresh hand battered very good. Talking with them they have only been open for about 3 weeks with more things to come.
