    Ordered delivery to my apartment complex about a week and a half ago. Two hours later we STILL had not received it. The driver said that we weren't by the door (there are two entrances and I sat at one while my friends sat at the other, so I knew this was false), then he told them he called and no one answered (I never received a call).

    The reason I'm giving this a 3 star rating is because of the way this was handled when we went to the store.

    The gentleman refunded us our money, gave us our pizzas for free, gave us a $30 credit (on a $20 order), as well as free drinks.

    I'm not sure of his name, but this man went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!
