    Exceptionally good food, cordial and connecting staff, inviting atmosphere..., definitely a great place to frequent, probably very often!

    Zia's is a great for many fun reasons, great Italian dinners, very reasonable breakfasts and bloody Mary's!

    Good food, drinks, service and scenery both watching beach volleyball after we ordered and traffic go by while we ate. Outside atmosphere under a canopy.

    Really like the outdoor atmosphere. Service is good. Very casual of course as expected. Only wish was that they offered a better wine selection outdoors like they have inside. That would make it five stars for us. We would come more often. Always good people and activity watching.
