Dylan's Dairy

I have ordered take out from here 2 times before today & the food has never disappointed, always been amazing. Ive worked in the food industry for over 15 yrs mainly as a cook, so Im extremely picky & tend to hold higher standards for resturants. That being said, It is soo awesome to see places like this open in small towns.
Today we came for early dinner round 430pm. it was completely empty & after looking over the 2 coolers of ice cream decided to eat there & take home dessert. didnt get past the "specials" & went with appetizers & soup-of coarse to leave room for ice cream & carrot cake, which was also a special & one of my favs.
the decor is a combo of industrial, eclectic & modern deli. the service was good too. I like this place, no matter what Ive ordered, it has been made correctly, looked & tasted great.
Definitely in my top 5 places to eat in the Holcombe/Cornell/Bloomer/Augusta area.

Eat inside or outside. Good food. A variety of cheese to take home or eat there.

Great mom and pop stop. Local flavor with comfort foods and other local fare.

Good ice cream! Was kind of confused as their hours say they are open but the open sign wasnt on and looked like they were about to close. Will for sure be back tho!

Clean, charming cafe with excellent service from waitress and cook. Very friendly, made us feel welcome. I had the grilled chicken panini which exceeded my expectations in quality and portion size. My daughter had breakfast and it was also very good. The only negative is that the kitchen is open to the front of the cafe and the grill odor gets on your clothes. We will definitely eat at Dylan's again.
