Thee Upper Crust

We live in Portage and this is hands down the best pizza we have had in a 30 mile radius. The breadsticks are to die for

Passing through town we saw this pizza place and decided to give it a shot. We are so glad we did! The service was friendly, the place was clean, prices were reasonable, and the young men who took our orders did great! My wife and I both said that it was nice to see young kids working hard to earn some money. They offered up some wonderful suggestions for us to try.
My daughter had a cheese pizza which she loved and some garlic cheese bread with marinara sauce. Mom and I shared some homemade meatballs with fresh mozzarella and pizza sauce on them as an appetizer. They were pretty tasty.... Then we ordered a 12 inch Meatlovers pizza with fresh mushrooms added. This pizza was excellent! I thought it tasted very fresh, with lots of great toppings. We will be back for another pizza for sure. So we had planned to take some that pizza home for later so we also tried the Crispy Chicken Bacon Alfredo Pasta bake. Oh my was this tasty.... nice and juicy....
Best off all my 4 year old daughter got to draw a picture and the young man hung it up on the wall. So now ever time we go she will be proud to say she drew that!
Great place that you need to try if you haven't already. Was totally worth the 20 minute drive. Didn't even realize that they had some arcade games in the back room until we were about to leave so we will have to play next time. Keep up the good work, we will be back!

Casey, the Owner took care of us today. He is very passionate about his work and his business. Tasty food and very generous portions. Small, local business using fresh ingredients and cooking to order. Well worth a visit and well worth the wait for a fresh, hot, filling pizza! I will definitely be visiting here again soon.
