Jones' Black Angus LLC

We're in the area annually for an extended camping trip at a nearby state park, and I always look forward to getting cleaned up and going into town for fish fry at the Black Angus on Friday night. It's a tradition. From the classic Wisconsin supper club atmosphere to the delicious menu, the warm bread at the table and a top notch salad bar with its greasy croutons and full-calorie dressings, I'm always very pleased. A brandy alexander for dessert tops off the evening nicely.

We hit one supper club a month and decided on the one. The wife even spent time at Cabelas beforehand. The food was phenomenal. I had the prime rib and my wife ordered the seafood platter. Zero complaints. Great food, drink & waitstaff!

On vacation from Texas, my wife is from Prairie. We visit once a year and I have been wanting to eat here for some time. Atmosphere was great as I expected, love the music (Tony Bennett etc). I believe our waitress was Amy, good service. She told us the specials, I had a steak and a baked potato special. Very good! I understand the price of some things and have no problem paying for it, just did not feel like the special price for my plate was what I thought. It seemed like I received no special price. My bad for not asking up front.
We took our deserts to go. I had the strawberry cake, It was not as good as I had hope. Maybe a day or two old? But my wife and daughter loved there cheesecake. We plan on going back next year. Have a great day!

I was in town on business and dined here Saturday night, August 3rd. What a surprise to find such an excellent restaurant in this small town! Best prime rib ever! Best Brandy old Fashioned ever! Along with all the rest!

The food was excellent. This is beautiful. The service was great. We arrived a few minutes after 9pm and they let us in and prepared and served a great meal without rushing us. Thanks for your great leadership
