The Barn Restaurant

The food was fantastic even their salad bar. They had great portions for what they served and the food and drinks were inexpensive. The only problem I had was the light was a little to dim for reading the menu and reading your check at the end of the meal, if you were along the sides of the walls. Other than that it was a great restaurant and we hope to visit again.

When in Wisconsin on a Friday night.... They had all you can eat cod in several different preparations. Blackened, beer batter, lightly crusted, and probably a few more. This included a side, salad bar, and soup. Everything was wonderful including the service. The old fashioned was also delicious.

My husband and I stopped here on a Saturday evening. This restaurant had been recommended to us for its steaks.

I am not much of a steak eater, so I ordered seafood. I cannot think of a time where I have been more disappointed in a seafood platter. The shrimp batter was burned and the scallop batter was an odd, grainy, cornmeal type batter. Both batters entirely ruined two of my favorite seafoods and I had to do my best to scrape them off. The cod was broiled and the best feature of this seafood platter and I would rarely say that about cod (at any restaurant).

My husband had the prime rib special and was pleased.

The atmosphere, the staff, and the decor were top notch. If I had ordered anything but the seafood platter, I would hopefully be giving this restaurant a 5 star review instead. Maybe next time...

Have been here several times over the past few years when in the area and the food/service is always top notch. $ are amazing too. Do try their clam chowder.

Had a wedding catered here and they accommodated for everything. Super friendly and great food and drinks. Made my wedding 10 times less stressful.
