    Love that chicken from Popeyes. Best chicken not cooked in my own kitchen. If you ask for extra or special items, check the order before you leave.

    Popeye's food is great, that's not the problem here. The problem is how long it takes to get your food and how much the employees appear to hate their jobs. Even with very few people in the restaurant it can take almost 10 minutes to get your food, and they don't even have a drive through to contend with. As for the employees they're usually stone faced and silent, even when taking an order.

    The food is awesome! The spicy flavors are a welcome change from the usual burger joints. Like a some spice and good flavor I totally recommend trying it.

    This happened like, twenty minutes ago and I'm still kicking myself for it.
    So I'm at risk for liver failure because of the sugar I would have, so now I'm on a 30g/day diet. I didn't check the soda options even though they were RIGHT THERE so I got a large soda. They only have one diet option- Diet Coke, and I don't like Coke.
    I asked for a refund but the guy exchanged for something else instead. I didn't want to hold up the line so I did a quick look at the menu but I couldn't see the prices for the sides so I asked for a large mash potatoes thinking that that was around the same price of a large drink because I'm an idiot and I didn't know just how large those larges are.
    He said yes. My husband said that he'll pay for the difference but they decided that it was okay. I lost this restaurant three dollars because I wasn't observant enough. I'm sorry.

    The guy also offered me a banana pudding thing but I have the worst body in the world because I'm allergic to bananas.

    Oh, and the food was really good too!

    Love, love, love my chicken from Popeyes! Great service, great food. It was nice and clean inside when we visited. Staff really should be asking if my dog is a service dog though. She is a registered service dog but it always amazes me how few places ask. It's not an insult to ask!
