Dhaba Indian Bistro

This is my go to Indian restaurant in Madison. The staff are wonderful and super welcoming. The food takes me back to my nights in Scotland. Many Indian restaurants there. I recommend the Vegetable pakora, Tiki Masala, Naan bread and the lassi.

We loved Dhaba restaurant! We ordered two vegetable dishes with rice and garlic naan, Baingon Bhartha which has eggplant and vegetable mango. They were both amazing! The wait staff were very attentive to our glasses and always made sure they were full. The spice level of the dishes range from 1 to 6 and my husband got a 5 which was pretty hot, but the flavor was amazing! We love Indian food, and have tried various restaurants in different cities and this one was right up there with ones we've had in NYC. Price was decent too, about $14 per entree.

Delicious! But expect a wait. My wife and I went with some friends. We had two of the lamb curries and the Peshawari Naan. All were delicious! The soup was also good. The only downside was it took a while to have our orders taken and get food. However, the food was well worth the wait! Will definitely come again soon.

Very much enjoyed. Food is well prepared with both lots of classic choices as well as some creative local options. Service was top notch and they handle large groups well. Can't wait to go back.
