    Middleton BBQ catered a welcoming dinner for our son's recent wedding. Brian and Darlene were great to work with providing recommendations for sides and quantities. They did a fantastic job providing North Carolina vinegar style pulled pork BBQ – a special request from our son. We had ample food for a very hungry crowd. I was pleased to at numerous positive comments from our guests. We were so glad to have found them for our event.

    Middleton BBQ is phenomenal! They catered a company event I recently attended and the meat was absolutely mouth-watering. Highly recommend for catering any type of event!

    Middleton BBQ recently catered our company party and the food was to die for! We had a smaller number of guests than what Brian was used to and to say he went above and beyond for us is an understatement. Within the first hour of our party, we went through 4 1/2 lbs of the sliced beef brisket. Brian's homemade Alabama White Sauce is so incredible, I've had dreams about it :) It's seriously that good!
