The Free House Pub

Food was good, service average. Outdoor seating is nice. Beer and drink selections are extensive. Overall a nice stop for an afternoon lunch.

The scene is average, but that's not why you'll go. A great place on the west side for whisky, whiskey, bourbon, scotch, rye, whatever floats your boat. The selection turns over at a reasonable pace. Some staples are always there, some cool discoveries won't be there next time. The food is not foodie, but you once you're a drink our two in, it will taste mighty fine.

Delicious blue cheese bacon burger and parmesan fries. Burger was fresh, not frozen, cooked a perfect medium and delicious. If anything I'd add a third strip of bacon so the taste is consistent. Setvice was excellent with a smile and good wine suggestions. I love the atmosphere in the back small bar area. Cozy and peaceful allowing talking without the noise.

Neat building and ambiance. Many good pub fare items to try. Service was friendly and efficient. Will definitely be back again and wi will bring friends.
