In reply to the other comments, I also worked as a waitress here and I can say you're wrong. I felt welcomed and at home and I made great friends in my time. I left for a medical issue, but if I could've stayed in good health I would've. Also, as someone who has been in the kitchen and seen the food prep, it's all homemade and I can say with God's honest truth that it was some of the best food I've ever eaten. I would recommend to anyone, I promise you'll have a great experience

Sonny's is a great place to eat breakfast, lunch or dinner. We have dined here several times and never been disappointed! The food is delicious, the staff hard-working and friendly, and the atmosphere is both cozy and family-friendly. We're glad to have Sonny's in our town as another terrific place ton dine. Hello, “Not sure if I’m real”, “Heck Heck” and “Unused Account”. I am sorry for any frustration you may have encountered at Sonny’s Kitchen this evening. I work there as a waitress, and my boss, Sam, is a good employer and cares for his wait staff as well as his customers. I love the food here and almost every shift I am trying something new off the menu. I cannot stress enough how positive and rewarding my position at Sonny’s Kitchen. I think I speak for many when I say that Sonny’s is one of the best aspects of Oregon.

Had dinner on a Tuesday night around 5:30pm. Only two other tables. Ordered a burger/fries/soup and a breakfast skillet. Both were excellent. Large portions. The burger was big and had a lot of flavor. Soup was good too. The prices were OK. Not inexpensive. $9+ for each entree. A soda was $2.59. I can't believe what restaurants are charging for soda these days. But overall enjoyable, nice atmosphere. I would go again.

Great food! Sonny’s is the closest thing I’ve found in the Midwest to an east-coast diner, and that’s a big compliment. Breakfast all day, a large variety of foods, and the food is good and priced reasonably. The French toast is spectacular. The staff are always friendly and accommodating when we’re there with our kids.
