Sugar and Spice Eatery & Deli

We've only been here twice but both times the food was great. The menu is small but who needs a huge menu when the food offered is delicious. There aren't many tables so there can be wait, but it's not outrageous.
The one thing I will ding them on is that when we walked in both times we weren't greeted and since we'd never been there we didn't know it was a seat yourself kind of place so we stood around until a waitress took pity on us and told us to sit wherever. The second time, we knew better but it was still a little awkward because we wanted a table vs a booth and there was no tables bussed so we stood around waiting to ask someone to bus it. The waitresses are always doing something and generally seem like they are too busy to help you--until you are seated that is and then the service is great.

Creamed Chicken over homemade mashed potatoes...yummy deliciousness and the essence of comfort food ????

I love this diner--the Marilyn Special is my all-time favorite! The service is friendly, quick and the food is always delicious. They are also budget friendly. They have several small tables and booths that comfortably fit four but it might be tight if you have a bigger party size. Would definitely recommend.

I rarely get to visit here since I live in Oklahoma. But back when I used to live in Wisconsin this was one of my favorite places to go to eat! It's a small diner, the staff have always been incredibly nice, and the food is just so amazing! If you're in the area you need to try this diner out!
