Char Haus Pub & Grill

After going to another establishment in town and not even being acknowledged we went to Char Haus instead. We're lucky we got ignored at that other place because the staff here was extremely friendly, the food was great, and the inside is very nice. Don't let the location put you off at all (it's a bit of an industrial and residential mix area), an outstanding meal and great service await you inside!

I also thought my wine selections would be limited, WRONG. They have put together a small but GREAT wine list here. My wife and I loved our evening.

I went with the walleye special they had and it was done perfectly, first-rate Friday fish fry for sure!

Had a work party there. Service was great and the food was delicious. What else do you want?

Good food overall. Had the shrimp and a baked potatoe along with a side. Different than most supper type clubs in that they don't have the standaed relish tray, but they do have good buns they bring out. Expect to drop some cash here as it isn't cheap.

Best prime rib ever! Used to be open on Sundays (and we drove through snow storm to eat there,) and Google indicated they were open. They are not open on Sundays.

May be the best prime rib I have ever had and I am from a large city with lots of options. I would 100% recommend if you are ever in the area. The people are all very nice as well. The prices are inexpensive for such great food.
