    Don't ask customers if they r "confused" - rather, let them take the time to read your little piece of paper & ask questions if necessary. I am not sure why u can't fully automate the order.
    It appears staff needs to be acquainted with diplomacy in customer service skills.

    Clean fast friendly..... oh and of course the shakes are very very good every time!! So many flavors and combinations there is something for everyone!!
