Cowboy Jack's Saloon

This place is pretty decent. They have a great whiskey selection and a wide variety of seating options, both inside and outside. The seating outside over looks the river. Service was friendly and fast as well.

Been there twice took an out of town friend there last time. Food is good but we feel a bit overpriced. Atmosphere is nice. Both times the waitresses were nice but not overly attentive, our second visit I never received a requested refill on my drink even though there weren't many people there then.

Walleye was good, but veggies weren't cooked through. The waitresses upstairs couldn't take food orders, just the bartender. Menu was typical with wraps and burgers; specialty might have been pizza. I went for dinner and they had a limited menu of dinner foods; mainly steaks. Its a saloon, but there's a lot more than bar food.

The atmosphere was amazing. We sat outside and the views were beautiful. We ordered drinks and it took longer then it should have to get them ( about 15 minutes) but they were well made, tasty and strong. The food was delicious. The service was hit and miss. Sometimes we would see our waitress but more often then not she would disappear for long periods of time. And we came after the lunch rush so they weren't that busy. All in all it's a great place, just don't be in a hurry.

The server was nice but she had a vibe that she didn't care. Food was good. My friend who is a cook he told me to come back after my bad experience there a couple years ago. So happy the food is good.
