This place is incredible, the food was so good. I have a strict vegetarian diet, and today I saw this place and decided to break my diet. It was worth it, I got the pork ribs with 9 bones, macaroni and cheese, and baked beans. It was a lot of food, but every bite was better than the last. I literally did not stop eating until their was nothing left. Cleaned the plate, if you are in the area. You have to come here, it is worth the drive.
Great food and great people
Just what is perfect for those who are true Q-philes. No frills, no jingles, no tables on the inside, no supposed southwest, "Ambiance" just good vittles for the discerning pallette. Mark was very gracious even though he was dealing with circumstances beyond his control, as in an electrical outage, and served up four fantastic pulled pork dinners to go. (There are tables outside if'n ya just caint wait to get home) The pork, the mac, especially the secret recipe cucumber salad hit the proverbial spot and rung the rating bell with a solid five.
By His own admission he's only been at this location since April, but he's on the right track with gob smack'n delish. You'd best hit this place before you'll be waiting an hour in line to get the goods.
Just sayin, my penny
Pork sandwich was great. Shredded chicken flavor was very good, but slightly too dry. Cole slaw was good also. Beans had good flavor, however onions and green peppers were still crunchy.
