Dickeys Barbecue Pit

I've been eating at Dickey's for a long time now. I am the type of person to always get the same thing when I go to a restaurant and the staff here not only knows my order, but knows me by name. We have been so impressed by the service and food here that I've referred a good friend of mine to have her wedding catered by them. The team here is always welcoming and I will be a lifelong customer.

Food is excellent and the employees have been excellent. My issue is I came here on my birthday with the free sandwich coupon on my phone and they wouldn't honor it because I had to actually print it and bring it in. The coupon however said it can be shown on the mobile device. I guess this is the owners policy but out of principle, we just left and honestly, probably won't ever go back. It's a shame because this was my favorite BBQ place in town.

Love the food, prices are a bit higher compared to average fast food. (I think this place is considered in the fast food category) but quality of food is also better then typical fast food. Great place for lunch or dinner.
