Guac N' Roll

So I've been following Quac and Rolls food truck for.... a long time. 5 years? 10? Either way, it turns out what they can do with a full kitchen is amazing. Unique Mexican. Like we all know there's 3 or 4 restaurants in the area with the same recipes and the same ingredients. Not so here. Polite service. Super clean and still welcoming atmosphere. And the food... my god the food is so amazing. The hot sauce lives up to its name. I cannot tell you how much I wish they were closer. Totally worth it. Also much or most of their business seems to be takeout, so dining I'm on a Friday afternoon was speedy and pleasant.

One of our favorite places to eat!! Amazing food, service and great staff. If you want authentic amazing Mexican, you have to try it.

Literally have not had better food ANYWHERE in Wisconsin - the best in Eau Claire by far. We will come back again and again. Al pastor is our favorite meat and theirs is PHENOMENAL, we got it as street tacos and a burrito. Also tried the Birria Loaded Nachos, equally as tasty. Huge portions for very reasonable prices!!!!

Prices are amazing and the portions match that, everything tasted fresh and authentic. They recommended a super spicy salsa and it was amazing and I’m sweating while I type this. I’ll be ordering some more tacos to take home!
