“Stopped in for a to-go order on our way through and what a great atmosphere. The bartenders were very nice, and all the local customers were friendly. It’s great walking into a strange (new) place you’ve never been and be immediately welcomed by all. The food came in the best to-go box I’ve ever seen! No styrofoam, which ends up over cooking your food, instead it was sort of plastic like. We had a 45 min drive home yet and the container kept the food at a perfect temperature and it was still medium rare! The fries kept well too! Overall a great place, would definitely eat their food again and if we have the time, stay for our meal.”

I was really ticked off that I asked if they had soda on tap and did it have free refills only to find out when I got the bill that you get one refill so I got charged for two drinks. Now don’t get me wrong; paying for two drinks is no big deal. But when I specifically asked about refills and you never mentioned that you get one refill per drink… come on man!”

“Phenomenal Ribs!! Food was great as was the service. Big beer selection too. Ribs were spot on and the brisket was good. Highly recommend the smoked meats. Others got the brisket sandwich and a Friday fish fry. Definitely returning when in town next. Wish I would have taken a photo of the platter before but snapped one mid meal.”

“Having just purchased a place up here, we are trying all the local places. One of the only gas stations around for 20+ miles, right off of the ATV / snowmobile trails. Inside is very nice, well decorated. Ron, the owner, is very welcoming to everyone, including my boys. Haven't tried their fish fry yet, but plan on giving it a shot to see if it's as good as Ron says it is.”
