Fazoli's

The food is delicious, I will give it that, but when we stopped we had three people in our party and they asked if we wanted the food to be brought out all at once. We said that was perfect. However, we didn't get our first set of breadsticks until the food came and that was ten or so minutes after we ordered. Then the other two I was with said their food was cold while mine was piping hot. So they had cooked theirs and then left them while mine was being done. They had to send theirs back. Once we finished off one set of breadsticks we waited for the next. Never came, I had to go up and ask. We had been here before and they would go around and place new sticks down on your table, they never did that. We were one of three groups in the restaurant, we were very disappointed that night.

Bread sticks were good and buttery. Apparently, sometimes customers don't like this.. then they should go somewhere else because this is WHY I go there. Best bread sticks ever. The place was pretty empty yet there were alot of dirty tables. That's why I took off a star. I still carry my own garbage and dishes up to the station. Not sure when it became OK to just leave it on the table. But seems to make more sense if everyone cleans up after them selves...
