Tiki Beach Resort - Rentals on Kettle Moraine Lake

We really wanted to like this place! Overall, the beach, playground area for kids and the cabins themselves are a great layout and are nice. The Management of the place was the misleading portion of our weekend stay at Tiki Beach Resort. We wanted to give the benefit of the doubt and kept open minds as it sounds like the restaurant and the facilities are now owned by different people and have recently changed hands so opportunities for improvement could definitely be made. We were promised strict COVID distancing, lots of bathroom cleaning and temperature taking as well as reduced amount of people allowed into beach. The Saturday we were there, the beach became PACKED and felt very unsafe even with the temperature taking. Therefore, we spent most of our day up at the cabins on the hill instead. The 2 single bathroom options for 150+ people using them all day were not cleaned all the way until everyone left at midnight and into the next morning. We can contest to this since we stayed in the cabins that night and were afraid to brush our teeth in the dirty bathrooms the next morning as the sun rose. The wifi in cabins was very spotty all weekend which was minimal since we were enjoying the outside. There is huge potential for this place if management can help get a better handle on cleanliness and employee structure / consistent messaging. I wish Tiki Beach Resort luck! Thank you.

My family rented a cabin for three nights . We had a great three days . We drove down to the Hamburger house and had dinner one night. They had icecream that was as big as my head . I will definitely be coming back !! Maybe next time five days. ?

Very cool place for the family. Entrance is of no charge. A mini paradise away from home. Order food, drinks, and tons of fun. Volleyball, and other games, Campsites and kayak rentals available also. I will be back to discover more. My kids loved it! ??
