    We got there on a night when they were closed for a private party but they served us anyway. We had a good smoked turkey dinner (that's what the wedding party ordered.) Also had a sample of some great pork belly. Bob's an interesting guy to talk to.

    Had the brisket, pork, coleslaw and Mac and cheese. All good, milder smoke but definitely there, great ghost pepper BBQ sauce that made everything better. Coleslaw was really good and not under dressed, and when I was there it wasn't busy and they made fresh Mac and cheese for me, which was awesome.

    A true smoke house. The meat is not drowning in a bad sauce. Real flavor that will bring you back again and again.

    1st of all, this is for Bob's BBQ Emporium in Mt. Horeb. I am pretty "high maintenace" when it comes to BBQ. Had the full slab of ribs, collard greens, and BBQ pinto beans tonight. Our "maiden voyage" so to speak - D E L I C I O U S!!! Sauce was excellent, ribs done perfectly, & sides - perfection. Our plans are to eat our way through the menu, thinking brisket next time, and begin again : ) Please try this place & find out for yourself how wonderful it is - I want them to STAY HERE. 5 STARS for Bob's BBQ Emporium : )
