Bob's Bitchin' BBQ

My friend and I were driving cross country for work, and we appreciate sampling good food and local fare as we travel. So we saw the reviews and had to give it a try.
We ordered the "Q" fries as an appetizer with pulled pork, the fries were crispy and the pork was super tender and slathered with the delicious sauce.
Then I ordered the burnt ends dinner special and she got the sampler with pulled pork and brisket. Everything was delicious, we ordered the meat wet and the BBQ sauce is super delicious while amplifying the meaty flavors as well. The burnt ends we're carmelized well but also very tender and juicy, not a tough bite in the bunch!
The brisket and pulled pork we're both shredded and chopped well and had delicious flavor. All the sides were great as well, including the soft sweet cornbread.

I enjoyed it so much I bought a bottle of sauce on my way out the door lol.

Absolutely wonderful! Friendly wait staff, lively atmosphere, and ...oh yeah...the FOOD! Had a full rack of baby back ribs. Good smoky-ness and tasty sauces. Hubby had the brisket. Tender and flavorful. We also had the tomato soup. Only one I've ever liked! I wish we lived closer...

Great food! Fantastic service! It was great. However, we did have to wait over an hour for a table. Mr. BOB should consider taking reservations.

Got there for a late lunch and no waiting which was great. Had the daily special..pulled pork sandwich with bacon and cheese on it. Was very good. Wife had the steak sandwich well done and she said it was great also.
