Hi Point Steak House

I enjoyed very good salmon and my husband loved his sauteed shrimp. Good salad bar, atmosphere and excellent service. We make a point of eating here one night every time we camp at Governor Dodge State Park.

Great atmosphere country/ cowboy theme. Great food. I have been here three times now and every meal have been awesome. Great flavor and exactly as you order it.
Tonight's special was turf and surf. Perfect!
Old fashions were made as you like also.

Highly recommend ordering your meat done to well done even if you like medium rare. My steak came out extremely under cooked even taking it home to heat up in the microwave it was still just too pink to eat and went into the trash. I couldn't tell sitting at the table the meat was that under cooked since the lighting is very dim. Fried chicken was over cooked. The chicken Alfredo and chicken fingers kid meal were fine.

This place has gotten better and better. They consistently cook med rare stake spot on. Great selection of sides, fresh fish meals, wonderful soups. We also love the service. The wait staff is friendly and attentive. The only problem is it is popular so reservations are a good idea.

Showed up at 5:30 on a Friday evening without a reservation, and got a table within 10 minutes. The place soon filled up.
Service was competent and attentive. The rolls in the basket brought to the table were warm and flavorful. My wife and I ordered a steak with mushrooms and a salmon, both with a side of carrots.
The salad bar was not huge but had an array of good items. Everything was excellent, and the dinners were presented handsomely on warm plates. We were too full to try any of the tempting desserts.
It is easy to see why this is a popular supper club.
